RETURN POLICY:
Quality check:
No refunds are allowed. However, we will except exchanges for store credit.
**Store credit will be minus taxes. Once we receive your exchange and it has been approved, please allow 3-5 business days to process and issue store credit. Upon receiving store credit, it will only be usable towards one purchase! Store credit cannot be used more than once.
**Please note, Princess Noir and Company will not be responsible for the returned shipping on any exchanges. The customer is responsible for any returned shipping. Original shipping cost are non-refundable.
You are allowed 3 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of an exchange request for store credit. Please inspect all of the items ordered upon receiving.
**We will not except any exchanges after the 3 day time frame.
We reserve the right to request for photos to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. Item(s) must be returned with original packaging and in new condition. Any items that have been worn or pose an odor will be refused and returned to sender.
Princess Noir and Company will not accept any exchanges without the proof of purchase.
**All sales are final on clearance/sale items.
**All Swimwear, accessories and intimates purchases are final.
